  • Liminal Network is a Data Processor, as a party to a contract with our customers.

We may collect and process personal information about you, some of which could be sensitive personal information, that you have provided either directly to us or indirectly from sources identified in the ‘Sources from which We may Collect Information’ section of this Notice.

Liminal Network collects information about you from various sources striving to only collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary to achieve the purpose of collection.

Information We May Share

Liminal Network does not sell personal information nor share personal information in unexpected or unlawful ways. However, there may be instances where we share information because we are legally or contractually required to do so, or in instances where it is necessary to perform certain services and support our business functions.

The personal information Liminal Network may share with third party service providers is encompassed by the section of this notice titled “Categories of Personal Information We May Collect.”

Categories of third parties we may have shared the personal information we collect within the preceding 12 months include:

Other State Laws

Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah each provide their state residents with rights to:

  • Confirm whether we process their personal information.
  • Access and delete certain personal information.
  • Data portability.
  • Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales.

Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia also provide their state residents with rights to:

  • Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature processing purpose.
  • Opt-out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

How We Respond to Requests Related to Your Personal Information

Liminal Network will not discriminate against you for exercising rights related to your personal information. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, we promptly process, and where necessary, respond to requests related to the use and processing of personal information.

Please note that in some instances, we may need to ask you for additional information to verify your identity, especially when we receive requests from an individual acting on behalf of another as an authorized agent. In some instances, we may be obligated to limit or deny your request if we have a lawful justification for doing so, such as a legal obligation to maintain the personal information.

Data Retention

Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Liminal Network takes steps to ensure that the personal information we collect and process about you is retained for only as long as it is necessary for the original purpose for which it was collected. After this period, it will be deleted or in some cases anonymized.

Data Transfers

Liminal Network approaches data transfers seriously and with care, ensuring we account for applicable laws and regulations related to the transfer of data.

For users of our website from outside the United States; when we transfer your personal information outside of your home country to the United States, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection for personal information to the laws of your home country, we take steps that the law requires to make sure that your personal information is properly protected.
