Multi-factor authentication  

Whether you’re a customer, a partner, or an employee, MFA (multifactor authentication) is required to access an account.

Encrypted Credentials

Your company’s credentials and partner’s credentials are encrypted. A company’s credentials are unlocked when a user logs in and are automatically locked when a user logs out or a session times out. 

Session Keys

Credentials stored at Liminal are individually encrypted with their own separate session keys. Session keys are encrypted by your company’s public key and can only be unlocked by individuals who have login access. 

Data Retention

Your data belongs to you. When possible, we don’t store your data after it’s delivered to you. Whether we are transmitting a tracking number, document, or other sensitive information, any temporary version is deleted and overwritten with random data as soon as our system confirms you have received your data.
